Sithara Indian Restaurant

I have been to many Indian restaurants in Melbourne’s South East - but I keep coming back to Sithara. The service is good and the prices are fair but the real bonus is the quality of the food. This has to be the best tasting Indian cuisine I have ever had.

As someone who takes the dog for a walk every night I find the biggest problem is overhanging branches and shrubs from people’s houses.
In frustration, I emailed the council - no reply. I then asked the mayor - as the City of Kingston have a “ask the mayor” section on their website. The mayor answered … although my question still remains unanswered.
Here is my question and the mayor’s reply.
Any ideas on how to proceed would be appreciated
